Freezing tomatoes

I am slowly getting tomatoes from my garden. Not enough at a time to can salsa or sauce. Can i freeze them whole while i gather and save enough?

Yes. I give them a quick wash and then throw them in a bag in the freezer. If you run them quickly under hot water when you take them out, the skin slips right off.
