^^ I had to make a catchy title.

Learned how to make an egg frittata this morning, and it was so great, I just had to share!

Ingredients:

Eggs

Ham

Optional:

Herbs

Onions

Garlic

Cheese

Tomatoes

Sausage

Broccoli

Other greens

Salt

Herb De Providence (I love that stuff!)

Green Onion

Just get creative!

Directions:

Scramble eggs. Mix any herbs, meat or greens. Heat the pan, and sautee onions and garlic. Then add the eggs. They should spread to fill the whole pan. As the bottom cooks, gently scrape the cooked egg away so that uncooked stuff can flow into the hot part of the pan and cook. Once the underside is nicely browned, add cheese and flip. Cook for about thirty seconds, add cheese. Garnish with something green so you look professional. Salt to taste.

I learned that through trial and error this morning. :D

I'd love to try it, but how many eggs did you use?

I've found that the number of eggs depends upon the person, as well as all the ingredients. Three eggs, plus a small handful of all the other ingredients, is what I use.
