G'day from Manitoba, Canada!

Hi, I just made a profile on here after joining Back Yard Chickens a little while back.
I am a 23 year old university student who recently purchased a small 18 acre farm in Manitoba, Canada! I am originally from New South Wales, Australia but moved to Canada with my parents and siblings when I was 17. Coming from a small hobby farm in Australia to what is now my own small hobby farm in Canada sure does act as quite the contrast!
I currently own 2 horses (a 20 y.o Thoroughbred gelding, and a 2 y.o Quarter Horse gelding), 10 chickens (7 Speckled Sussex, 2 Dark Cornish, and 1 Jersey Giant), 4 ducks (2 Muscovy crosses, 1 Call duck, and 1 Call Duck/Mallard cross), and 1 Maltese/Japanese Chin doggie

I am looking forward to participating in this site!
