I am a crazy Aussie that lives between the USA and the Philippines

I have 1 HA that I am turning into a self sustaning piece of paradise right on the beach.

We have 9 gilts - the first three will be bred in three weeks - then each 6 weeks there after.

Five doe goats of which one just had a doeling. The buck was a Nubian and I am trying to build up local goats to be able to milk them.

300+ Chickens, turkeys, guineas, chuckar, quail, pekin and muscovy ducks.

A water buffalo cow that will start my mozzarella project

A garden that we are learning what will grow 9 degrees from the equator and 100yds from the beach.

Its more of a challenge than you might think. We have sand as soil and a strong on shore salt laden wind.

We are getting there though with truck loads of good compost. Tomatoes, egg plant, corn, peppers, pumkins, water mellon, squash, chinese long beans, limas are doing well.

No lettuce, celery, cabbage though.
