Didn't see post earlier. Yes, sometime the very first coming out will be that thick. If milked a little bit will thin but, even then it's pretty much as thick as very cold heavy cream or syrup would be. Yes, it's normally yellowish.
The smaller breeds, with normally heavy butterfat milk can be that thick. You'll get a few tablespoons of that, then thinner, more like syrup.
