Goat Milk Freezing

So I had an over abundance of milk so I started freezing it, now my question, what can I use this frozen milk for? Will I be able to separate it with a cream separator or use for cheese?

Not sure about the separator after it has been frozen but you can still use it for drinking, soap, cheese. If you freeze it in plastic freezer bags put the bag into a bowl to thaw it in the fridge. For some reason the bags leak after freezing. I had used frozen milk for drinking and did not see any difference in taste.
