Goat Poop

Any one have any suggestions for getting goat poop off of his behind? We got him from auction almost 2 weeks ago and has had scours really bad looked like from before we got him too! Have gotten that under control but ive been trying to clean him and am having no luck its dry and hard and wont come off any tips or tricks??

I'd use dawn dish soap with warm water and really work it out. you might even have to let it sit on there. When you do get him cleaned up coat his rear in vasaline. A thin layer over everything including the hocks and inside of the back legs. It will keep the poop from sticking to the hair. It works great!!

Comb through it with a fine tooth comb or shave it.
