Goat trouble. can't figure out.

Hello!
This morning when I fed the goats I noticed some brown mushy stuff on the ground which I think looked like mushy goat poo.
(SORRY! I know it's gross to talk about but I'm worried!!!)
It didn't have any worms or anything, but I've never seen anything like that before!
Should I be worried? Because they're not pregnant, I've been giving them less feed because they are a little to big.
They always have fresh water and hay.

I'm not sure what part of the country you are in, but in Ca, the grass and weeds are lush and green. When my goats are eating all that green stuff, they sometimes get "different "poops. I just have baking soda out for them in case their stomachs get sore. Since I see this every year at this time, I don't worry too much unless their are other symptoms.

More often than not, you will not see worms in the poo. That does not mean they don't have parasites.
I would have a fecal check done. Eliminate grain/feed and only give hay in the meantime.
Running a fecal check is important so you will know what de-wormer to treat with. There are different parasites and de-wormers are effective with some parasites and not others. You want to make sure you use the right one.
Sometimes if feed (grain) is increased to rapidly it can cause some problems, but since you are decreasing that wouldn't be the issue.

Brown mushy poo is a reason to have a fecal check. If it is pudding consistency that is not good. CHECK tails. The tails will be goopy. IF it stinks really bad and is kind of acrid, it can be vomit as well. But then it would be slung everywhere.
