goats wont spoon and its getting cold out...

my DH just put in a new goat cam in the barn and i have been tirelessly watching. i have noticed that the two new goaties i got and the older one i have wont spoon. it is getting quite cold out and i am worried they will be cold with out each others body heat. is this normal? do they not like each other? i dont know what to do.

Mine will sleep near each other but they do not normally spoon.

two sleep together and the other one is on the opposite side on the pen.

Mine will not spoon with me, unless I bring carrots.

I'm not sure that unrelated goats naturally cuddle together. It's really only something you see goats doing with other goats(or humans) that they are very comfortable with. For example I've seen mothers and daughters/kids cuddling for sure and I know when I go out to chill with my goats they will crawl into my lap and such but even my two girls who were practically raised together will rarely cuddle with each other even on the coldest nights. In fact they both seem to take their personal space very seriously, I don't know, that might just be sibling rivalry thing though

Anyway, as long as they have hay, shelter, and thick winter coats they should be warm enough with out having to cuddle up too close, though I'm sure if they do get cold enough instinct will take over and they will do what they have to do

I have two that lie togather,Nubian, the other Nubians lay togather with two small boers, the other boers all sleep alone??

thanks for the info that they should be ok. i was so worried and tonight it is seven degrees and droping rapidly!
