Although I do not have goats or cows. Im gonna make butter! I cant wait! I will have updates later this week!

Im gonna do it with heavy cream from the store. Im gonna add a gallon of whole milk, to about 4 quarts of cream then a cup of buttermilk. Then let it clabber out in the porch overnight then churn.

Last we put whole milk, a cup and a half of butterbilk, and two quarts of heavy cream in the churn. Im working in it today.

Thank you! It took a while but I had a lot of extra milk so it took longer............but was well worth it and I WILL be doing it again.........
