green diarrhea all over back end

I just got back from a trip and one of my ewes has green diarrhea all over her rear end and seems to have lost a little weight. She stays with the herd and seems to be eating fine. what could be causing this? how can i fix it?

First thing I would do is take her temperature...that can be a good starting point for just about everything!!!

You said you returned from a trip...ask the person who was caring for your sheep if they gave any change in feed.

Many things can cause this...some serious, some not...is the green poop watery and is there any blood you can see in it?

Start with the temperature to check for fever...I am not a vet, but many people on here have very good experience and advice!!!!

How long were you gone? Do you have any idea how long she has had the diarrhea for!
When was the last time you wormed her?
As Bonbean said, I would take her temp., also, if she hasn't been wormed in the last month, I would worm her!
Keep an eye out to make sure she continues to eat and drink like normal.
