Hi there! I live in Western Michigan with my husband and four kids (all age six and under). At the beginning of the summer (2012), we had 5 dogs, an outside cat, a mouse, and some fish. I decided I wanted to raise purebred goats, and we wanted some meat bunnies. Which has since morphed into us having 4 dogs, an outside cat, an inside cat, a cockatiel, a pigeon, a mouse, some fish, a chick in my bedroom( she was born in september, too cold to stay out), five goats (only two of which are my chosen breed, Nigerian Dwarf), two miniature horses, a spotted donkey, four ducks, two flocks of chickens which we have now integrated into one, a trio of Checkered Giant rabbits, a trio of Flemish Giant rabbits, 6 lionheads, 3 mixed meat bunnies, and 4 lionhead mixes. I think that is everyone that makes up Rebel Farm! I am a member of ADGA and ARBA, still working on various other groups that I should be a member of, but am not yet. I have been reading threads on this forum since August, but just now started posting. It seemed that every time I had a question, someone else had already asked and answered! I LOVE backyard herds, and backyard chickens. Thank you!
