Goathead
Chillin' with the herd
Hello everyone, my name is Larry and I'm from Ohio.
Little about myself...
My wife and I have been married for over 20 years, we were high school sweethearts, and we have two beautiful daughters that are 20 and 16 and 9 beautiful Boston Terriers, yes, you read that right, 9! We just had a litter of puppies on 1/29/19.
We have a dream of being more self sustaining. Right now we only have chickens, but our goal is to have a few Nigerian dwarf goats for milk and some rabbits for meat.
We plan on breaking ground this spring on the goat barn.
I'm sure I'll be on here a lot asking questions and looking for assistance as we grow our hobby farm.
I'm not new to keeping and maintaining animals, I grew up on a horse ranch and my stepmothers parents had a large successful dairy goat farm, but any advice will always be greatly appreciated.
