Did my midnight wake up for a couple of hours, woke up at 7. Butchered all 22 chickens yesterday plus the tiny stunted one that didn’t grow, I’ll drop that one in a pot to cook for the dogs. Now I have 2 coolers full of chicken to process. Good thing is, customer wants them split in half, not parted out. But I still spend about 30 minutes fine picking, super cleaning the insides, washing, pat drying, then vacuum sealing. I was so sore and tired yesterday, a friend came over and we killed a bottle of wine. LOL I might have been sore, but no longer cared. No more chickens, after I process these, I’m done. Probably 2 days.

On my second cup of coffee. I ran out of vacuum seal cut your own size bags yesterday after only SIX chickens. Phooey. I cleaned up my mess, changed clothes and went to Lufkin. Got rolls of future bags and 2 small coolers that will fit in the back of my car. Went to Atwoods for dog food, then home. I lost all my mo-jo for chickens, will get started soon, after morning chores. 16 chickens to go!

Still fighting the no start excavator, I'm placing money on wrong injectors. Going on 9 months of this machine down which is why I am turning wrenches where I am, losing money each day it doesn't run with sanity. Think of it as trying to fix 1960's Allis Chalmers dozer. No access to data on parameters of the parts, just touch and go. Mid 90's excavator that is obsolete already.

The world is not ruined by the wickedness of the wicked, but of the weakness of the good.
