Chillin' with the herd
Hello, my name is LaDena. My husband, David, and I have a small herd of Dexters in Lufkin, Texas. We started our small herd last year and we currently have 11; 1 adult bull, 2 young bulls, 3 cow/calf pairs, 1 short bred cow and one yearling heifer. We are members of the American Dexter Cattle Association and if you go to the registry page http://www.dextercattle.org our number is #7799 and you can view the pedigrees of our animals and some also have pictures. We enjoy our cows very much and one day I hope to be able to sell them for family milk cows and beef.
