Chillin' with the herd
Hihi! My name is Amy. I have been a member of BYC for over a year now, but this is my first time coming over here (well, minus the lurking I have done for the last 2 weeks 
)
I do not have any "herd" animals YET; but I am planning on getting some goats (Probably Nigerian Dwarves) and meat rabbits. I am currently on about 3 acres of land, but my Inlaws are using about 1/2 of it for their home and gardens, which leaves me with about an acre and a half for my small farm. I don't mind, I love them and they used to be farmers for most of their lives (MIL is 64, FIL is 69) so they have alot of knowedge and experience to help me as I start on my venture.
Ok I do have a bad habit of talking too much, as you can see, lol. But someday I want to move and have more land to farm on. At that point I would like to expand my livestock and have a couple pigs, a few horses, and Alpacas! :bun
