I live on a small farm here in West Michigan! We call our homestead Section 24 Farm and we raise goats, pigs, chickens, rabbits and honey bees! (Occasionally some ducks or quail too. Oh, and our human babies lol.) Looking forward to sharing my experiences and receiving some advice along the way!

Hello @CourtneySC24 and welcome to BYH! Glad you joined us! Please feel free to browse around.
Looks like you have a lot of animals over there and honey bees?! I've always want to learn beekeeping but hubby is highly allergic to bees so perhaps not a good idea to keep bees.
We have a dog, 2 hens and 2 cows. Hopefully down the road we can add some pigs and ducks.
We have a members' journal section, so you are welcome to start a journal and tell us more about your farm and share pics.

:welcome from the Hoosier state!
Sounds like you have a lot to keep you busy. I have meat rabbits and abt an acre hay field to keep myself busy. Finally decided to venture into chickens next spring. I plan to build a small coop and run for them this year and go from there. My family all enjoy eating the rabbit meat, and of course we all like eggs. Glad you joined up. There are other folks here from MI too.

Greetings and welcome to BYH from NE TX! So glad you joined us. There's a wealth of info, knowledge and experience shared in the multitude of threads. Browse around and see what interesting stuff you can find. By all means post away when the desire strikes you, especially if you have questions (provide as much detail/info as possible and pictures truly help)... With all the great folks here, generally someone will respond in no time at all. Please make yourself at home!

PLEASE put at least your general location in your profile. It could be very important if/when you ask for or offer help or advice. You know, climate issues and such. I recommend at least your state as most folks won't be able to figure out where if you put anything more specific (county, town, street, etc) by itself. Old folks like me will never remember & look there first. To add it, mouse hover over Account top right and a drop down will appear. Click on Personal Details and scan down. You'll see the spot for Location. Then go to the bottom and save changes. Thanks! Hope you enjoy the site!
