I recently inherited a trio of Nigerian goats one doe and two wethers. I decided since I’m retired young I wanted to milk my doe so I bought a year and a half old buck. My current herd are all the same age born in March of 2019.

For any animal, there are only a few days or even hours of estrus where they can get pregnant. If she is out of heat, not likely, but things happen.......LOL
