My friends pot belly seems to be in labor, but not normal. She is just laying on her side with blood and what may be an umbilical cord hanging out. We cannot reach a vet. What should be done! She isnt pushing at all.

I have no experience with pigs whatsoever so this may not help, but is a pig something you can go inside, like a goat, to find out if there's babies (dead or alive)? If so, glove up, lube up, and investigate gently...
Did she have the piglets and what you are seeing is the afterbirth?
