This little guy's is supposed to be 2 weeks old. Saw pics of him nursing, healthy, had colostrum, born to an older ewe who had some milk issues then put on a bottle. Went to go pic him up and he has all of these boils or abscesses on him. Seller said he was bitten by horse flies. Legit seller or so it seems member of the registry etc, shows them. I couldn't leave him. This was on Monday. He doesn't suck well on bottle, and the vet said his boils were

Caseous Lymphadenitis, but does not test, we are very rural area. Doesn't present like cL or anything and they are all over him not just on his lymph nodes. They do have liquid/pus when lanced but go away soon after. Any help please pictures attached.
