Well it really depends on what you are asking. It could be a couple things, the first being that is one pregnant goat. However it could also be a very full rumen or bloat. Is the animal in question eating, drinking, alert? If so he/she should be fine.

All I see to comment on is a very pregnant goat... :hu Am I missing the main aim of the question?

The goat gave birth some months but yesterday she was dirty with pop like if she had diharih.

Is there any chance she’s pregnant? If not, she’s needs a fecal done and treated based on those results. Also, limit to hay and water only until stool straightens out.

You can...I don’t know the dosing. Someone else has mentioned it on one of the threads before.

Need to know underlying cause or diarrhea meds will be a temporary fix and your chances of keeping her from going further downhill will no longer exist. Goats can go very fast and the opportunity to treat needs to be taken!
