Hi Everyone, I'm Amber Raif, the mom of a family of seven humans and 6 goats and 2 LGD's. I've searched this page for months getting answers to questions and finally "lightbulb moment" realized I needed to just join.

So I am here and I have questions. Mainly about LGD training. I'll put those on a different thread.

As you have probably read, we love, love, love pictures.

And, when you get a moment, if you would put a general location for you in your information it would be very helpful as sometimes advise is location specific. What might work well in Washington State would not work so well in Texas.

Howdy neighbor! We live on 8 acres between Van and Lindale. We have 9 ewes and 1 ram, currently have 5 lambs, waiting on 6 more ewes to lamb. We have 2 Great Pyrenees, 1 black Labrador/Great Dane cross, 4 horses and a bunch of chickens. Feeder pigs come and go to that fabulous Pig Resort, Freezer Camp.

DH and I live Southeast of Sulphur Springs, out in the middle of anywhere, with the most beautiful views anyone could want.

Our DD lives in Carrollton, and when we go the visit them, we take I-380, and drop down to take Sam Rayburn tollway to their house. So, we pass not too far from your place.
