I am new here, I have been raising sheep and goats on a small hobby farm in rural Nova Scotia, we raise Romney, North Country Cheviot and Southdown (baby doll) sheep, pygmy and pygmy cross goats, we have a llama, two alpacas and feathered friends. The south downs came from a farm with very scarce pasture and the all ended up with raggy butt. We have treated with scours meds, electrolytes and probiotics, but i am trying to find the best way to clean their butts. They have been in a well ventilated part of the barb with plenty of hay and water, but i am a bit concerned about putting them back out, they have been on hay and water for three days, was going to go one more day. Out of the ten Southdowns
nine got scours. TThey head been wormed and vaccinated so I am unsure how to proceed
