My name is Tawnya and I live in NE Ky. I have two Nigerians, a Doe and Buck. I also have 17 Hens, 2 Roosters, a Rabbit and a modge podge of dogs/cats.

I'm here because I jumped into having goats (I'm ashamed to admit) without learning enough first. Now I need to have a resource I can turn to for all that knowledge I should have gained PRIOR to getting the animals. I hope I've found the right place. Thanks for letting me join!

5 dogs here too 3 Blk & Tn Tree Walker Coon Hounds, aaaand 2 chi's Basically anything someone thinks they should drive out into the country and dump. I try to rehab and let the county rescue place but it's hard to let go sometimes. I lived in So Cal for about 13 years......it's HOT!

But it’s a dry heat
Grew up in the Midwest, tornados and blizzards and humidity- not my favorite.
Land of perfect weather (for weather wimps) and unfortunately “fruit and nuts”.
