Hi from Idaho! Soon to be in Tx

I just joined here at backyardherds. I currently have 5 goats. A Saanen, Mini Lamancha, little 10 week old Nubian, and a 8 week old LaMancha. Also, my little man, Nigerian Dwarf Buck, Yoda.
We are making a big move soon to Texas. This should be interesting!

We are actually from Tx but have been in Idaho for the past 18 years. We are comin' home! My Husband was transferred with his job to West Tx but i will be in Austin area. I feel like i have a lot to learn about goats in Tx. I have only had goats and horses in Idaho. I am still looking for a place to keep my 2 horses down there. They will likely have to stay up here until i find them a place. I hate that. But the goaties are coming with me.

Yes i wanted dairy goats and wanted a diverse herd. I cant pick a favorite, but my mini Lamancha is a DOLL! I adore my sweet ND buck. My goodness are they sweethearts. I love Nubians too, loudmouths that they are. Hehe. My Saanen is a spoiled brat....i love it. See, no faves, they each have their own quirks and i love em all!
