Hi from Western NC

I have been stuck in goat forum being a new goat owner and just saw this! I wanted to introduce myself. I live in the mountains in NC on about 2 acres. We used to have a horse and donkey but sold them to a larger ranch. I had an accident and was no longer able to ride. We finally decided to raise goats and had been talking about it for years. I am also a soapmaker and one of my favorite soaps to make is GM soap. I have friends that raise dairy goats and I am able to get milk for my soap but visiting thier farms really made me want the goats even more. I love this forum and every on has been so helpful. I look forward to hanging out on here more!
