Hello!

I am curious to hear how others keep their rabbits cool in the hot weather? It is in 30 Celsius range here in Colorado (86+ in Fahrenheit) and over the next few days it will keep increasing. My rabbits are kept outdoors and are shaded by the building their hutch is against. I make sure they have constant fresh water and that they stay in the shade but is there anything else I can do? Three (floor, front and one side) of the 6 sides are hardware cloth, so plenty of breeze-way if there was any. Thanks in advance!

I freeze water bottles for them as well so you could try that.

I do that to. My fav is cut up Carrots Celery Spinach Cabbage and other veggies, put in ice trays with some water frozen. My rabbits loved hem. I don't have rabbits anymore tho.
That sounds like a good idea. I think I'll try that! :)

Freezing water bottles, always ensure they have plenty of water & bring them indoors on extremely hot days if possible. It's just not worth the stress. if you cannot, try using a fan.
