How small is too small?

I have Nigerian dwarfs, and my buck who I'm selling soon weighs about 40 lbs. His sister, I think is between 25-30 pounds. They may be cute at this size, but is this healthy? They are both over a year old. Attached are the doe Idima and the buck Kylem.

For health i don't look at weight....

I look at general alertness, color of gums, amount of fat... that sort of thing.
