Initially, I decided against it because she’s really flighty and fights like wild when we try to catch her and she jumps fences. When I noticed her kinda limping and acting funny a day or so after lambing I caught her and tried to milk her and one side was just fine and the other was already starting to get really hard and backed up, so then I kept trying to milk her to fix that, but really almost nothing will come out of that side because it seems clogged. The anti inflammatories are helping, it’s still hard and clumpy, but shrinking in total size and the other side is still nice and soft and not getting engorged and I don’t have to milk it anymoreIs the ewe with poss mastitis milkable? Emptying the udder helps. Yes, she'll make more but no/ little nursing will stop that process.
