How to clean, dye, sell wool

How do I clean wool? It is so confusing. The wool is from sheep. I want to dye some parts and I want to make a headband or 2. We have a bunch of city tourists who come into our town. They will buy anything if you label it organic. I also want to know how to price it.

Washing is the easy part. Just don't go from hot to cold and don't agitate it much, unless not an easily felting breed.
