Hi. I've been to the site and sister site backyardchickens several times. I am trying t start my own lil homestead and come to this site regularly to answer all my questions. It has been very informative for me so I figured I may as well join.

The zoo:2 pregnant Nubians with Kinders in their ovens, 11 Rhode Island Red chickens, 5 Narragansett turkeys, 1 snake, 1 Golden-Chow, 2 cats, 1 stinky teenager, 1 wild child, 1 bouncing baby(2 legged sort),1 patient hubby, and 1 crazy zoo keeper.

Hi, thanks for the welcome. Last night I found myself up til midnight checking out everything, posting questions, responding... Well kids woke up early this a.m. and now I am really really tired. Here it is- nap time for the kids and I should probably join them. Great site.
