I miss raising Goats

I was a colored boer goat breeder and had to stop, move for personal reasons and I miss it so much. I want to get back into goats but not to the scale I was before. I miss having the babies and bottle feeding and caring for my sweeties so bad. Mountain Man and I are going to get goats but we don' t have any fenced in area yet. We are also going to raise a beef every year when we get to that point. Just love to lurk around here and read about all your goats. But at last it make my heart ache for goaties of my own.

Thanks all. I am happy to say we started clearing the 10 acres where we are going to fence in for our goats and beefs.

DH wants to also dig a pond in the middle now since we found a natural spring there.
