First of all hooray! The piglets have arrived. Have a total of 6 healthy babies and mom is good.
I was checking in to see if I need to vaccinate piglets for anything or give booster shots, like u do for goats?

Congrats! Are they living inside in a barn or outside? My friend who breeds pigs does iron shots and that's all. Some don't do that if they're on the ground right away.

They are in the barn right now. Concrete flooring with hay and straw.
Iron shots....can I buy at feed store?

Hmm I'm not sure. We haven't bred our pigs yet so I haven't looked into that.

What little bit of research I've done says that if they are on dirt, they can get their iron. Some websites say to put a nice big square of sod/dirt in their pen if they're on concrete. Or, you could just give them a iron shot...

Definitely NOT a pig expert, so hope some other folks chime in.

Try Tractor Supply if you have one near you. I just Googled and looks like they sell it. He had to order syringes online.... Again not sure if you can get them somewhere near you
