Hi all sorry to not know exactly where to put this. Tomorrow we are expecting horrible weather and I am trying my best to prep the goats as I can. My main concern is if we get tornado and the goats go missing or get out of the barn, I know I cannot stop predatory issues, but I need a way to try and put identification on the goats. We have collars but they don't have a flat surface to write our number on there. I do not have any tags. I took fresh photos of everyone for reference. Does anyone else have tips? I won't be able to travel to get anything but trying to work with what I have for their benefit. Any tips from someone who has faced handling goats with tornado risk? Thanks everyone

@Baymule thank you for these I wondered if marker or paint was safe I was thinking of these any experience using them? I could do both. I would use the ziploc bag but our older male goat likes biting things off of others

No, never used them, but I attached tags to my horses halters when hurricanes were coming in. I saw people use spray paint on the sides of horses and cattle.

Okay the plastic bottle for tags I will dig something up. I may also write in the ear and clean it out afterwards. Just a bit worried as we haven't had this kind of threat in years and doing what we can to prepare. Thanks for any help folks thank you Baymule
