I do not see any obvious abnormalities. Here's an a quote from the book Diseases of the Goat "most fetuses of animals with hydrops uteri have congenital defects and are underdeveloped, but may appear normal although not viable"
So, they may have been further along, just underdeveloped for gestational age.
That's a real shame, but interesting all at the same time. If something was wrong with them it is certainly better to lose them now than after they were born and ya was left wondering. Hopefully, she will be okay and have another chance to produce more.....
