That would probably be the rare goat that actually milks that long. I have a girl that I have milked for 2 years and then breed. I think I'm going to try for 3 years in a row but we will see.

The line my Guernsey doe came from has some does in their third year milking. some of the even had milk BEFORE being bred when they were yearlings. So maybe it is possible.

It would be entirely possible. Lactation can continue in years for most mammals provided milk is continued to be drained. Pregnancy is also not a requirement. For example adoptive mothers who bring on lactation to nurse their new children or historicity wet nurses who would nurse children for many years with out having any of their own in the mean time.
