I need the scoop... rumours of swollen vulva versus flat vulva? Is that true?

post pics so we can see, I believe swollen vulva means she is in heat but I am not an expert I am fairly new to goats

A blood test and / or an ultrasound will give you good answers.

Unless they're fixing to pop (building an udder, starting to get hollowed out looking, etc), I can't tell from pics if a goat is fat or pregnant.
Some folks say they can....I'm not that good.

thanks everyone.... I hate to say this but I am just going to wait and see if anything happens in March .... March 18th is her "due date" The breeder noticed the goats rubbing on each other and being real friendly but never actually witnessed the act. They were together for 6 weeks..... but the buck is getting older. I hope and pray that she is..

A friend of mine who is new to goats states that pregnant goats vulva looks a bit puffy and NOT pregnant looks flat...... is this true?
