Called the on call vet. Luckily it was the same one who's called on her before. She said we have done everything great so far.

We have done the 20ml probiotic drench. 5ml of B Complex. Eye membrane is perfectly pink. She says that if we want we can give some Bantamine (anti-inflammatory). And possibly some antibiotics. I will try to get a fecal sample to them in the am, though her scour is so watery it may be hard to obtain any.

Re size the pics. That should help

Are you feeding Chaffhaye?
Several of our does got very ill off of Chaffhaye. They had terrible scours and ended up with a gut infection. Had to give high doses of Pen G.

How does their normal hay look?
Feed?

We've had to use anti scour meds in the past, but if their is some bad bacteria in the gut I WANT that stuff to clear out.

No not feeding Chaffhaye. Have been feeding the same food, hay, grain for the last year. Nothing has changed. That's why I'm so surprised.

Wonder if I should give her some penicillin just to fend of any infection that could be brewing? Or just work on the probiotics?

Sounds like it could be bacterial.
I would hold (if it were me) because no fever, and because the rumin is trying to possibly shut down... I think it could make it worse.
Very rare do I agree with giving Kaopectin but I would and I would give Banamine ... I would follow exactly what your vet's advice is.
Keep in mind the diarrhea probably won't just get better quickly so as you drench with the probios you are also getting fluids into her which is good and keeps her hydrated.
NO molasses!

She's moving in slow motion. Like it hurts her. And she attempted to eat just a tad bit of fresh hay I gave her. She chewed a bit and drooled alot from her mouth. I'm so worried about her.

Could she be eating any new plants growing up in the pasture?

With everything now growing/in bloom it would be prime time to see toxicity issues from particular plants. I've seen several cases already this spring.

I know some folks suddenly lost several sheep years ago, a particular weed growing up faster than the other grass/etc., ended up making the sheep very ill and some didn't make it.

Hoping she pulls through this :hugs

Personally I would suspect rumen acidosis and treat accordingly. If you listen to her left side you should be able to hear her rumen; it sounds like a toilet flushing about every 30 seconds. Here is a thread where I wrote about treating one of my goats. This is the perfect time of year for pasture related problems.
