I have topical ivermectin for my cattle. Will it control fleas and ticks on goats? Anyone know the dosage?

I don't have much knowledge on the goats with pour-on Ivermectin. We have always used the drench kind for the sheep. I see no reason why it won't but...... call the company that made your brand of ivermectin and ask... IF they were mine, I would use it at the dosage rate that is for cattle.... by the pound....but I am NOT telling you to do that...since they can have it as a drench there should be no issues with them having it as a pour on.

I didn’t. I wound up buying a dog flea and tick collar. Worked great. But I also wound up getting rid of the goats. 1 of my dogs hated them and I couldn’t break him. He is one of my main breeding males, so he stays, the goats go.
