We hava Racka

Racka lambs should start to show up in early October. There was some rutty behavior last week but I think we’re about done with breeding.

I can't wait to see the lambs!

With the Racka genetics... are the horns on both sexes?

Me too. Racka ewes have horns too. Hose tend to grow straight up.

Thanks. Still haven’t determined the gender. Racka have long tails so waiting til nature calls. Lamb is a little thin for my taste but nursing- a sipper. Mom has plenty of milk. She’s the oldest and wisest and she’ll have to lay down the law to Moses who is curious to a fault. He’ll bunk next to the safe pen for awhile. Caddo can lodge at Chez Goat Tote.
