Just curious if anyone else has seen hooves prodding out of the left side of a pregnant doe, above the rumen? I've seen them poking and prodding on the right side plenty of times, but this morning was the first time I've seen it on the left.

This particular doe is enormous this time around and due any day now. Maybe the kid is working to get into position? Or doing yoga. Or dog-paddling. Whatever it was the kid was working hard, that foot must have been jutting out 2 inches. :ep

Yup, I've seen that.
Usually it's accompanied by a "WTH is that thing doing???" look on the doe's face, LOL.

That's hilarious because as I was watching her I was thinking, "why in the heck is she so calm about all this??" That mama was born to reproduce because she's cool as a cucumber.

Ever seen it on a doe who kidded a singleton? This doe has never twinned so now I'm thinking that is one enormous kidzilla stretching across like that.

I think she'll loose that "cool as a cucumber" look when she tries to pop that one out.
