And just like that….. most of the pasture is under water :barnie but the storm has passed and the rain has slowed down. Everyone is out grazing/ eating hay. Praise God for watering the earth.

Okay, I have to ask. Have been reading your thread and look at the pictures and the sheep all look good. BUT, why are you moving them every 2-3 days? Maybe I am not seeing all the different pastures you have. I am all for rotational grazing, we do it with the cattle. To better utilize the grass and to help with preventing worm infestations in the gut tract.
How often do the different sections get grazed and how much rest in between grazing?

It’s the same approach with sheep, better for the pasture and sheep. So far so good 😊 the paddocks we put them back in now hadn’t been grazed for 45+ days, allowing them to graze the whole front yard allowed for it to be the case.
