She passed the after birth about 10 minutes ago and started to eat it right away.

Lol - yup, it seems gross :confused:, but it's actually an instinct to protect against predators. Glad that everything went ok. :)

Congratulations on the doeling! A little cutie if I ever saw one, and I have! LOL! Now isn't that just like a mother, always feeding and "cleaning up."
