I have a lamb that was born Monday morning. She was a set of twins and the ewe lost the first twin before 24 hours (I thought the ewe laid on it). She was okay (not ever great) but this morning she had yellow poop with blood tinge on her butt and leg. We brought her in and cleaned her up and there were pieces of something in her stool that looked like organ tissue. It reminded me of chicken lungs/liver etc... Any ideas? She's dull in appetite and appearance.

Sounds like E.Coli infection....particularly common in light and thin lambs. Isolate mum and lamb as the disease is contagious.
Give her a long-acting tetracycline injection and repeat in 3 days if necessary.
I had the disease in my shed a couple of years back and unfortunately lost a number of lambs due to it.
However, if you ensure that the lamb is getting adequate fluids (tube feed with half to three-quarter strength ewe formula milk with just a few grains of added salt if the lamb won't suck), then the lamb may well pull through.

GOOD LUCK

Well we ended up putting the lamb down. I am thinking that mom stepped on this lamb as well as her brother. Thanks for the ideas.
