Lambing fears about everything.

This year lambing is going completely different than it has in over 30 years at our sheep farm. Instead of doing it next to the road in the shelter of hills and the barn lambing will take place in an upper flat feild that will be muddy and windy and is far away from where we keep EVERYTHING! My boss said it is a good idea and I trust her but my anxiety is through the roof.

Anxiety doesn’t do anything productive. Worry doesn’t fix anything. It’s your boss’s responsibility and decision, not yours. If you go through life having anxiety over things you cannot change, you are gonna be miserable. Best advice, deal with what IS, not what IF.

Things are going to go wrong through out your life. Anxiety never fixes anything. Deal with facts.
If you can fix it, take steps to do so.
If you can’t fix it, then do what you need to do to clean up the mess and try to not let that happen again.
