The link in Elevan's thread pointing to Nifty's 'rules/regs' post works, but the link in Nifty's post appears to be problematic.
The very 1st forwarding link in this thread works:

Following it, the 1st link in Nifty's post to BYH Rules results in an error, at least on my computer, Win 10 using latest Chrome build and edition:
