I believe my little 6 month old doe hurt her fore leg while playing.. they jump down from a tiered yard, so she is limping. Nothing seems to be broken or even too painful, so I wrapped it. Anything else I can do?

Was this today? I've found that most of the time they are just fine by the next day. I wouldn't wrap it, personally. I usually apply wine (to me so I can calm down :p ) and see what things look like the next day. For those boo-boos with no visible signs of injury.

If it is not swelling, I would not bother with wrapping.

I had a doe who used to do that regularly...when she got out of her pen for a walk in the evening, she was so excited, she'd jump up in the air and do what we called her "happy dance"...she'd always end up landing wrong and twisting an ankle, she'd limp a few minutes to a day or two, and then go right back to doing it.

I had a little wether get stepped on by a horse. He was really shocked and limping immediately after it happened. I checked his shoulder and leg and nothing was broken. I rubbed it and did some passive range of motion.

After he got over the initial shock of being stepped on, he started trying to put weight on that leg. He was perfectly fine the next day. They are really tough little buggers!
