looking for an unexspencive round bale feeder in nepa

Hi guys I an looking for a cheap round bale feeder since my horses are wasting more hay then they are eatting. If anyone can point me in the right direction please let me know.

Wrap some plastic snow fence around it, and secure it with zip ties. You can decrease the size of it as they eat, and it keeps them from messing the hay up. It's not going to hurt them either.
