lung worm and valbazen

ok so from my research, it looks like my ewe lamb (4 month old katahdin/dorper) has large lungworm. She has rapid breathing, sullen look and isn't eating with everyone else. I had wormed her as a baby (valbazen) and I also just gave her another dose of valbazen, but does anyone know how long it might take to see if it's working? Is it a few days or a week? thanks

Check her temperature as well. Could be a respiratory issue.
