Above my pay grade to figure that stuff out.... live load??? Good for all of you that get all that... All I know is that if a gallon weighs approx 8.5 lbs (milk is heavier than water) I know that the tote with approx 200 gallons is about 1700 lbs... because I fill to the 175/200 gallon line and it is never level.... and that the 2/ 15 gallon barrels is about 125 lbs each... and that the damned tote is heavy and awkward to load on the back of the truck by myself....Here is 1st step of my next project, elevating the water tower. Bottom of tote will be even w midline of roof. For this I actually concreted it in.

Math!
330gal tote = 2,752lbs
Tote is 40"x48" = 13.33ft2
So live load is 237lb/ft2
American Wood Council span calculator for #2 mixed southern pine gives 2"x8" @ 120lb/ft2 max span of 8'.
Double load, 1/2 span = 4'
Actual span will be 44"= 3'8" to give 2" wiggle room each side to slide tote into frame.
The higher the water the further I can take it without a pump. Off grid here and you don't have running water that can reach as far as acreage is here. So find highest point that is accessible and that's where the water goes.I'm with @farmerjan ... Takes a tractor to lift it, when truck starts to slump, stop filling!! . Real mathematicians here. . I just don't need water that high
